  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order on our website or via various social channels.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal. Klarna.
  • Is my personal and payment information secure?
    All personal information and payments accepted on the site are protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
  • How do I complete the order verification process?
    Check your email for a message titled "Action Required: Verify Your PH Hair Extensions Order" Open the attached order verification form Fill out all required fields Submit the completed form as instructed in the email The process typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
  • Why do I need to verify my order?
    We require order verification for purchases as an additional security measure. This process helps protect both you and us from potential fraud and ensures that high-value orders are legitimate.
  • What happens if I don't verify my order?
    If you don't complete the verification process: Your order will be placed on hold We cannot process or ship your items After 7 days, the order may be automatically cancelled You'll receive reminder emails during this period To ensure prompt processing of your order, please complete the verification as soon as possible.
  • How can I track my order?
    Tracking information is location in the email sent once your order is shipped.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    1-3 BUSINESS Days for all Hair Bundles/Closure/Frontal/Ready to Ship orders. 7-10 BUSINESS Days for all Made to Order Wigs. Once the processing time has ended your order will be shipped.
  • Can hair extensions be returned or exchanged?
    We do not accept returns but yes, you can make an exchange within THREE (3) DAYS from delivery date by USPS. The PH Hair Extension Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST be wrapped, uncombed, not worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. There is a 15% RESTOCKING Fee that will be charged.
  • May I make an exchange?
    Yes, you can make an exchange within THREE (3) DAYS from delivery date by USPS. The PH Hair Extension Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST be wrapped, uncombed, not worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. There is a 15% RESTOCKING Fee that will be charged.
  • Can I color the hair?
    Yes you can color the hair as our hair is unprocessed. Once you color the hair it will no longer be unprocessed. We recommend going to a professional to achieve the perfect color for your extensions. *All Hair sales are ABSOLUTELY final once colored by PH Hair Extensions.
  • How many bundles should I purchase?
    Depending on how full you would like your quick-weave, sew-in or wig to be. You can purchase 2, 3, 4, 5+ bundles, also keep in mind our bundles are based on weight so the longer the hair the more bundles needed to achieve a full look. If you would like a fully enclosed protective style you will need a lace closure or lace frontal to complete the look.
  • How do I know what PH wig size to order?
    SMALL - 21 - 21.5" MEDIUM - 22 - 22.5" LARGE - 23 - 23.5"
