Processing time - 2-14 Business Days depending on the product. **
Shipping time - 2-3 Business Days within the United States. **

** - Business days are non-holidays M-F. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every product you buy from us. Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues with a product, our straightforward policy is here to assist you. All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed.

You can make an exchange on hair bundles/wig within THREE (3) DAYS of date USPS delivered the product. Make sure to email us immediately once you decide to exchange. sales@phhairextensions.com

The PH Hair Extension tag MUST NOT be cut! The lace MUST NOT be cut, altered in any way for an exchange! The Bundle wrap must not be tampered with or cut.

Under no circumstance will we accept an exchange after 30 days.
 
If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
 
There is a 15% RESTOCKING Fee that will be charged.
