Welcome to PH Hair Extensions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PH Hair Extensions website, online store, products, wig services, content, and related customer experience (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "PH Hair Extensions," "we," "us," and "our" refer to PH Hair Extensions. "You" and "customer" refer to any individual accessing our website, purchasing a product, or purchasing a service.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

1. Eligibility & Website Use

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Any information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • You will use our website only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any activity associated with your account.

2. Our Products & Services

PH Hair Extensions offers luxury human-hair products and custom wig services, which may include:

  • Ready-to-Ship wigs

  • Made-to-Order wigs

  • Hair bundles and closures

  • Create Your Own Wig

  • BYOB – Bring Your Own Bundles Wig Construction

  • Wig Reconstruction

  • Wig Refresh

Product and service availability, pricing, customization options, processing times, and requirements may vary.

Please review the applicable product or service page carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Human Hair & Product Expectations

PH Hair Extensions makes every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors, textures, lengths, density, and styles.

Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Wave pattern

  • Density

  • Strand appearance

may occur.

Differences may also appear because of lighting, photography, monitor settings, and device displays.

Reasonable natural variations are not considered product defects.

4. Wig Customization & Customer Selections

PH Hair Extensions wigs may include customization such as lace preparation, hairline customization, cutting, layering, coloring, and styling.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the correct:

  • Wig size or measurements

  • Lace type

  • Hair length

  • Bundle quantity

  • Hairline

  • Parting

  • Cut

  • Styling

  • Color

  • Elastic band preference

  • Other available customization options

where applicable.

PH Hair Extensions will construct and customize applicable wigs according to the measurements and selections submitted with the order.

Incorrect measurements or selections submitted by the customer are not considered errors in workmanship when PH Hair Extensions has completed the order according to the information provided.

Customers should review all selections carefully before completing checkout.

5. Custom Wig & Wig Services

PH Hair Extensions offers personalized wig services that involve custom labor, preparation, customization, or work performed specifically for an individual customer.

Service purchases are subject to the requirements stated on the applicable service page and our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Except where otherwise required by law, completed custom services cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wig Refresh

Wig Refresh is performed on an existing wig supplied by the customer.

Previously worn wigs may have existing conditions including:

  • Lace wear or damage

  • Shedding

  • Thinning

  • Tangling or matting

  • Product buildup

  • Heat damage

  • Chemical damage

  • Previous coloring

  • Previous alterations or repairs

These conditions may affect the final result.

PH Hair Extensions cannot guarantee that a previously worn wig can be restored to its original or like-new condition.

If the condition of the wig prevents the requested service from being reasonably completed, PH Hair Extensions may pause the service and contact the customer before continuing.

BYOB – Bring Your Own Bundles Wig Construction

BYOB is a wig construction service using bundles and lace supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for sending the correct bundles and lace corresponding with the service options selected at checkout.

PH Hair Extensions is not responsible for the original quality, longevity, texture consistency, shedding, tangling, color consistency, or performance of bundles or lace purchased from another company.

If the bundles or lace received are incorrect, incomplete, unsuitable for construction, or require work beyond the service purchased, the service may be placed on hold while PH Hair Extensions contacts the customer.

Any additional charges must be communicated to and approved by the customer before additional paid work is performed.

Wig Reconstruction

Wig Reconstruction is performed on an existing wig supplied by the customer.

Because the wig may have been previously worn, constructed, styled, processed, repaired, or altered, its existing condition may affect the final result.

PH Hair Extensions cannot guarantee the original quality or remaining lifespan of previously used hair, lace, wefts, or other components of the wig.

If the wig received requires work or materials beyond the Wig Reconstruction service purchased, the service may be placed on hold while PH Hair Extensions contacts the customer.

Any additional charges must be communicated to and approved by the customer before additional paid work is performed.

Create Your Own Wig

Create Your Own Wig is a custom wig service in which PH Hair Extensions provides the hair and constructs the wig according to the measurements and customization selections submitted by the customer.

Because the wig is created specifically for the customer, customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements and customization selections before completing their order.

Fit or preference concerns resulting from measurements or selections submitted by the customer are not considered errors in workmanship when the wig was constructed according to the information provided.

6. Inspection of Customer-Supplied Wigs, Bundles & Lace

PH Hair Extensions reserves the right to inspect customer-supplied wigs, bundles, and lace before beginning or continuing a service.

If an item:

  • Is materially different from what was expected for the purchased service

  • Is incomplete

  • Is unsuitable for the requested work

  • Has damage that may interfere with the service

  • Requires additional work or materials

PH Hair Extensions may pause the order and contact the customer before proceeding.

PH Hair Extensions will not perform additional paid work without first communicating applicable additional charges to the customer.

7. Customer-Supplied Property

Customers are responsible for securely packaging any wig, bundles, lace, or other approved items mailed to PH Hair Extensions.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance appropriate for the value of the items being shipped.

The customer is responsible for customer-supplied items while they are in transit to PH Hair Extensions.

PH Hair Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered before confirmed delivery to us.

Once customer-supplied property has been received, PH Hair Extensions will exercise reasonable care while the property is in our possession.

PH Hair Extensions is not responsible for deterioration, breakage, shedding, lace failure, or other issues resulting from pre-existing damage, age, prior processing, poor construction, hidden defects, or the original quality of customer-supplied property.

8. Processing & Turnaround Times

Processing and service turnaround times are stated on the applicable product or service page.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

For services requiring the customer to mail items to PH Hair Extensions, the stated service turnaround begins only after the required item has been received and all information necessary to perform the service has been provided.

Depending on the service, this may include:

  • The customer's wig

  • The correct bundles and lace

  • Required measurements

  • Customization selections

  • Required approvals

  • Payment of approved additional charges

Processing and turnaround times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an order must be placed on hold because required information, items, approvals, or payments are missing, the time spent on hold is not included in the stated processing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to a customer under applicable law when PH Hair Extensions is unable to fulfill or ship an order within a legally required timeframe.

9. Orders, Changes & Cancellations

When you place an order with PH Hair Extensions, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • You have reviewed your order details before submitting payment.

  • You have reviewed applicable measurements and customization selections.

  • You understand the stated processing or service turnaround time.

  • Your order is subject to acceptance by PH Hair Extensions.

Because many orders involve customized products, reserved service capacity, or individualized work, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order has been placed.

PH Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or misuse of our website or Services.

If PH Hair Extensions cancels an order that cannot be fulfilled, any refund legally or contractually due will be handled according to the applicable circumstances and law.

10. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, services, customization options, and discounts may change without notice.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • Payment information provided is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • You are responsible for any additional charges that you separately approve for work outside the originally purchased service.

No additional paid service work will be performed without customer approval of the applicable additional charge.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PH Hair Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect customer-provided shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

If an outbound package is lost, damaged, or otherwise affected during carrier transit, please contact PH Hair Extensions so the circumstances can be reviewed and any available carrier process can be pursued.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All purchases are subject to the PH Hair Extensions Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Due to the nature of human hair products, hygiene considerations, customization, and personalized services, return, refund, and exchange eligibility varies by product and service type.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy before completing a purchase.

Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy regardless of our stated policy, applicable law will control.

13. Service & Workmanship Concerns

PH Hair Extensions stands behind the workmanship of services we perform.

If you believe a completed service was performed differently from the measurements, customization selections, or service specifications submitted with your order, you must contact PH Hair Extensions within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the concern

  • Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue

PH Hair Extensions will review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

A service concern does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where PH Hair Extensions determines that an issue resulted from our workmanship, we may offer a correction or another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

Issues caused by normal wear, customer handling, improper maintenance, incorrect measurements or selections submitted by the customer, or the condition or quality of customer-supplied wigs, bundles, or lace are not considered workmanship errors by PH Hair Extensions.

14. Hair Care Responsibility

Proper maintenance is necessary to preserve the appearance and longevity of human hair products and wigs.

PH Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery as a result of:

  • Improper care

  • Excessive heat

  • Chemical processing

  • Improper installation

  • Improper washing or drying

  • Incorrect styling techniques

  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions

Normal wear and tear is not considered a product or workmanship defect.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the PH Hair Extensions website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product images

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Written content

  • Designs

  • Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to PH Hair Extensions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

16. Customer Reviews, Photos & Feedback

By voluntarily submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other feedback to PH Hair Extensions for publication or promotional use, you represent that:

  • The content is truthful to your experience.

  • You have the right to submit the content.

  • The content does not violate another person's rights.

  • The content does not contain unlawful material.

Where you authorize PH Hair Extensions to use submitted content for marketing or promotional purposes, you grant us a non-exclusive right to reproduce, display, and share that authorized content in connection with PH Hair Extensions.

17. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with our website
