What’s Included

Your service includes:

• Custom wig construction using your provided bundles and lace
• Construction based on your submitted head measurements
• Lace customization
• Cleansing and deep conditioning treatment
• Your choice of parting
• Your choice of hairline
• Your choice of cut
• Your choice of styling
• Optional elastic band
• Final finishing and preparation before your wig is returned to you

Additional charges may apply based on the number of bundles, lace type, or color services selected during checkout.

Here’s How It Works

1. Purchase your BYOB service.
Complete all required selections and head measurements when placing your order. This secures your service spot and gives me the information needed to create your wig.

2. Mail your hair and lace within 7 days.
After purchasing, send your bundles and lace to the mailing address provided in your order confirmation email. You may also provide your tracking number once your package has shipped by responding to the order confirmation email.

3. Include your information inside the package.
Please include:

• Full name
• Phone number
• The same shipping address used when placing your order

This helps me correctly match your hair to your service order.

4. Your service begins once your hair is received.
Your bundles and lace will be inspected before construction begins. If there are any concerns with the hair, lace, quantity, or condition of the items received, you will be contacted before work continues.

5. Your completed wig is shipped back to you.
Please allow approximately 10–12 business days from the date your hair is received for your service to be completed and shipped.

Turnaround time is an estimate and may be earlier depending on current order volume. If there are any delays affecting your order, you will be notified asap.

Important

Please make sure all measurements and customization selections are accurate before placing your order, as your wig will be constructed according to the measurements provided.

This service is for wig construction only. Hair is NOT included.
