What’s Included

Your service includes:

• Deconstruction of your existing wig
• Reconstruction based on your submitted head measurements
• Reconstruction on a dome cap using a sewing machine
• Lace customization
• Cleansing and deep conditioning treatment
• Your choice of parting
• Your choice of hairline
• Your choice of cut
• Your choice of styling
• Optional elastic band
• Final finishing and preparation before your wig is returned to you

If you need a new closure, you can add one during checkout. Additional charges may also apply based on lace type or color services selected.

Here’s How It Works

1. Purchase your Wig Reconstruction service.
Complete all required selections, head measurements, and photo uploads when placing your order. This secures your service spot and gives me the information needed to reconstruct your wig according to your preferences.

2. Mail your wig within 7 days.
After purchasing, send your existing wig to the mailing address provided in your order confirmation email.

If you selected Existing Wig + New Lace, include the new lace in the package with your wig.

You may also provide your tracking number by replying to your order confirmation email once your package has shipped.

3. Include your information inside the package.
Please include:

• Full name
• Phone number
• The same shipping address used when placing your order

This helps me correctly match your wig to your service order.

4. Your service begins once your wig is received.
Your wig will be inspected before reconstruction begins. If there are any concerns that may affect the requested service, you will be contacted before work continues.

Your existing wig will be deconstructed as needed and reconstructed according to the head measurements and customization selections submitted with your order.

5. Your completed wig is shipped back to you.
Please allow approximately 10–12 business days from the date your wig is received for your service to be completed and shipped.

Turnaround time is an estimate and may be earlier depending on current order volume. If there are any delays affecting your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Important

Please make sure all head measurements and customization selections are accurate before placing your order, as your wig will be reconstructed according to the measurements provided.

This service is for wig reconstruction only. Hair is NOT included.
