What’s Included

Your Create Your Own Wig service includes:

Your final price is based on the closure type, closure length, and bundle/length configuration selected when placing your order.

Here’s How It Works

1. Build your wig.
Select your closure type, closure length, and available bundle/length configuration. Your service price will update based on the combination selected.

2. Customize your finished look.
Choose your preferred hairline, parting, cut, styling, and elastic band option, then submit your required head measurements.

3. Review your selections before placing your order.
Your wig will be constructed according to the measurements and customization details submitted with your order, so please make sure everything is accurate before checkout.

4. Your custom wig is constructed.
Once your order and all required details have been received, construction begins. Your wig will be built on a dome cap using a sewing machine, then customized, cleansed, deep conditioned, cut, styled, and finished according to your selections.

5. Your completed wig is shipped to you.
Please allow approximately 12 –15 business days for your made-to-order wig to be completed and shipped.

Turnaround time is an estimate and may be earlier depending on current order volume. If there are any delays affecting your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Processing

Processing time refers to the time required to construct, customize, finish, and prepare your wig before it ships.

Create Your Own Wig = 12–15 business days

Your processing timeline begins once your order has been placed and all required measurements and customization selections have been submitted.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing and shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your wig has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is:

2–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of PH Hair Extensions' control.

Returns

Create Your Own Wig orders are final sale and non-refundable. Because each wig is made to order according to the measurements and customization selections submitted at checkout, it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If PH Hair Extensions determines that your completed wig differs from the measurements or customization selections submitted with your order, please contact sales@phhairextensions.com within 5 days of confirmed delivery so the concern can be reviewed.
