Processing

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before it ships.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs = 3–5 business days

Ready-to-Ship timelines begin after your order has been confirmed and all required details have been received (complete buyer form).

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing and shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is:

2–5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of PH Hair Extensions' control.

Returns

Eligible exchanges may be requested within 5 days of confirmed delivery by emailing sales@phhairextensions.com.

Once approved, the original item must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns sent without prior approval or received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

• PH Hair Extensions tag must remain attached and uncut.
• Lace must be uncut, untinted, and unaltered.
• Hair must not be worn, installed, washed, colored, heat-styled, brushed, or customized.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Items that show signs of wear, installation, alteration, or customization are not eligible for exchange.
